Baker
joined The Commerce Bank of Oregon from JPMorgan Real Estate where she
was a Commercial Real Estate Underwriter. She has spent the majority of
her professional career in Portland, after graduating from Portland
State University with a degree in Business Administration Management.
She went on to gain an international perspective on business by earning
a Graduate Diploma in International and European Business Law from the
University of Leeds in England. Elizabeth enjoys spending her free time
volunteering with CASA for Children where she advocates for children
who have become wards of the state. |

Linda
Bissonnette has over 20 years experience
working for the Oregon Judicial Department in all departments of the
court system; spending the last 12 years working as a Judicial
Assistant to a Circuit Court Judge. She has spent the majority of her
life in southern Oregon and has recently relocated to the Portland
metro area. She is an experienced mediator and is anxious to apply her
legal experience and office management skills to a business that is
very customer service orientated. |

Karen
Bonifacio's 15 years of vocation in the
non-profit sector has developed a strong sense of service within the
Portland community. Her understanding of value and
stewardship give her unique approach towards client service.
She has spent the past two years working for a software development
firm specializing in programs which support the banking and insurance
industries. She is excited to merge her talent of customer
service with her enthusiasm for finance. Karen is also
involved with youth athletics. She coached high school
cheerleading for 12 years, winning 3 Oregon State Championships along
the way. She has also been active with youth soccer,
volunteering for the Oregon Olympic Development Program – in
which her son was involved with for 5 years. |

Lan Dao
grew up in California and after visiting Oregon one summer, she decided
to move here and attend college. She graduated from Portland
State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources
and Management. Lan began her banking career 9 years ago with
Bank of America. Lan enjoys being part of a team environment
and has worked in operations where she was a cash vault representative,
responsible for handling large cash deposits for her clients in
Washington and Oregon. Lan enjoys spending time with her
family and friends.

Rick Garlock
is a seasoned banker with over 30 years of commercial banking
experience. Most recently he was a driving force in the rapid business
expansion of Bank of the West. He is a graduate of Brigham Young
University and Pacific Coast Banking School. Rick was born and raised
in Portland, Oregon, raising his family here and has a strong belief in
the livability, natural beauty, and economic strength of the Pacific
Northwest. Giving volunteer service, raising a family, and fly fishing
are his non-banking activities.

Richard
Glassman has an extensive financial career that includes
work in international and corporate finance. He began his career in the
trading area for Credit Suisse and moved on to a merchant trading firm
prior to obtaining an MBA from Portland State University. He has over
13 years experience with US Bank having gone through their management
training program, and more recently Pacific Coast Banking School at the
University of Washington. He has extensive experience lending to
manufacturing, distribution and real estate entities. Richard serves as
the co-chairman of the investment committee which manages the endowment
for a non-profit organization, where he has also served on the board of
trustees. He enjoys coaching youth soccer.

Jodi Delahunt
Hubbell began her
banking career at U.S. Bank in 1987 after graduating from the
University of Portland with a bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration. Jodi’s banking background is varied
with increasing responsible positions in both branch administration and
commercial and small business lending. She also spent several
years as a banking consultant with BenchMark Consulting International
where she specialized in process and policy management. Most
recently Jodi was the manager of the Small Business Loan Centers at
U.S. Bank where she oversaw all aspects of small business lending from
underwriting through portfolio management, collections and
recovery. Jodi also serves as the Chair of the Board for
Literary Arts, Inc. an organization focused on enriching the lives of
Oregonians through language and literature.

Yassi
Irajpanah began her career in banking while obtaining
her Master of International Management degree at Portland
State University. Prior to that, she had maintained a
professional career focus in human resource management, with an
emphasis in employee training, stakeholder engagement, and group
facilitation. Yassi is a Portland native and holds a
bachelor's degree in finance from Santa Clara University.
Throughout various academic programs, she has studied in France, China,
and Japan. She is actively involved with the Oregon Chapter
of the National MS Society as well as the World Affairs Council of
Oregon. |

Sandy Kalleck
is a native Oregonian who has an extensive background in banking
beginning in 1984, and includes experience in branch management,
operations, collections, fraud prevention, and physical security at two
local business banks. She is currently a member of several fraud and
security organizations and serves on the Board for the Northwest Fraud
Investigators Association. Most recently, Sandy worked as the Retail
Branch Manager for Banner Bank and the Branch Operations Manager for
Columbia Community Bank. She has just finished Marylhurst
University’s Program on Leadership and will soon hold a B.S.
in Business Management with a certificate in Communications.

Susan Kane
has spent most of her life in Portland, Oregon, enjoying the unique NW
culture and environment. She attended Loyola Marymount University,
earning degrees in Spanish and Philosophy. Returning to Portland in
2005, she decided to pursue a career in banking at The Commerce Bank of
Oregon. Additionally, she is actively involved in the
community—organizing a monthly combination Tango/Blues/Swing
dance.

Peggy
Kitzmiller began her 20+ year financial services career
in 1984 with NYSE member firm Edward Jones & Co in their St.
Louis headquarters. She brought her years of investment knowledge to
banking when she joined First Interstate Bank managing the Retail
Investments and Insurance Division for Oregon, Washington, Idaho,
Montana and Alaska. Over the past ten years, she has consulted for
several financial institutions as well as technology companies
supporting the financial services industry. She earned her
undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and
completed her graduate studies at St. Louis University. Peggy is
serving her tenth year as an investment committee member that manages
the endowment for a non-profit organization. She enjoys volunteering
her time tutoring elementary and middle school students in reading and
writing.

Nadja Knighte
has her
Associates of Applied Science degree in Network and Microcomputers with
a certificate in Computer Applications. Nadja’s
background
as an administrative professional gives her vast knowledge of software,
documentation creation, and a willingness to learn.
Additionally
she has a creative side that allows her to show her talents for
marketing and advertising. Ancillary to this, Nadja is a
Licensed
Massage Therapist for Oregon and Washington, as well as an Infant
Massage Instructor. Her private practice covers primarily

Virginia Lee
began her banking career as a Management
Training Associate with Key Bank in 1997. She has a diversified banking
background, and has held positions in credit underwriting and sales
support for Middle Market, Business Banking and Private Banking
divisions, most recently as a Business Banking credit underwriting
officer, serving clients in six western states. Virginia holds a B.S.
degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.

Paul
E Mayer has approximately twenty years of
experience in banking, primarily in relationship management and credit
approval. Paul has held increasing positions of
responsibility over his banking career, most recently as Credit
Approval Manager for US Bank’s Oregon Commercial Banking
Group. Paul was with US Bank for twelve years before joining
The Commerce Bank of Oregon in November of 2006. Paul holds a
Bachelor of Arts degree from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon and
a Master of Business Administration degree from The Claremont Graduate
School in Claremont, California. Paul serves on the board of Portland
Impact, a non-profit organization based in Southeast Portland whose
mission is to help people achieve and maintain self-sufficiency and to
prevent and alleviate the effects of poverty.

Terri
L. McKinnis has over 25 years of banking
experience in the Portland area beginning in 1981 working for savings
& loans. Terri spent several years working for US
Bank in various management roles in the client services
arena. Most recently Terri managed the Treasury Management
Group for Umpqua Bank and was responsible for the daily operations and
sales delivery for the department in addition to development and
implementation of aggressive business development programs and
strategies to grow the treasury services market.

Marialice
Mulroney is a second generation commercial
banker, and began her banking career with City Bank in Mountlake
Terrace, WA. She worked for Crocker Bank while attending the University
of San Francisco. She joined Rainier Bank in 1979, gaining management
experience in the commercial loan operations and depository support
areas for the Commercial Banking and Forest Products Groups. In 1996,
Marialice joined Key Bank in Portland, most recently a Relationship
Service Officer for the Corporate Banking unit. Over the years, she has
earned the respect of her clients by delivering quality service.
Marialice does volunteer work for the Arthritis Foundation and Meals on
Wheels.

Ogg has ten years of banking experience
with varied experience. His career began with Bank of America in
Seattle, and included two years in Portland where he held positions as
a teller, personal banker and assistant branch manager. After
graduating from Washington State University in 2000 with a BA in
Business Administration Jason most recently held a position as a
document administrator in Jacksonville, Fl serving the Southeast
Region.

Bambi
Pascual has over six years of banking experience. She began her banking
career with US Bank
taking on numerous roles in the Commercial Customer Service department. Prior to joining The
Commerce Bank, Bambi held
positions at Capital Pacific Bank servicing both the Operations and

Departments. Bambi is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in
Finance at Portland
State
University,
School of Business Administration. In her free time Bambi, an
active member of the community, enjoys
volunteering for organizations including Meals on Wheels, Donate Dinner

Loaves and Fishes, Salvation Army, and The Red Cross.

Michael V. Paul
is a veteran of 30 years of commercial
banking and leadership experience. Following a 22 year career
with Key Bank, Mike is the former President, Private Client Services,
Umpqua Bank, and previously served as Executive Vice President,
Commercial Banking, Centennial Bank. A believer in business
support for non profit organizations, Mike is a Board Member of the
Association for Corporate Growth, Easter Seals Society of Oregon,
Northwest Financial Associations Employee Benefit Trust and Work
Systems, Inc. He is a past chair of the Oregon Bankers
Association, American Lung Association and the City of Portland Small
Business Advisory Council.

Molly Whitmore
began her banking career in 1987 with US Bank in Portland, Oregon after
working for a national credit collection company based in Dallas,
Texas. Molly is a native Portlander and attended grammar and
high school at Portland Public Schools and Oregon State
University. Molly has 19 years of banking experience, all in
the Portland metro area. Her experience as a relationship
manager includes working with closely held business in a variety of
industries, professional firms, as well as commercial real estate
lending and portfolio management. Molly serves as chairperson
of her homeowner’s association and is a member of the
Eastside Industrial Council, and is a Portland Ambassador, which is
affiliated with the Portland Development Commission.
